A place less ordinary
Wymering Manor offers atmospheric, character-filled rooms combined with modern facilities to help make your event special, whatever it is.
Intriguing folklore surrounding the manor’s past residents, combined with the building’s current enigmatic atmosphere makes the manor the perfect venue for theatrical events themed around the paranormal. We regularly host ghost hunts (see what’s on) and have welcomed TV and film crews to our ready-made sets many times.

We can currently host meetings and small events in the Great Hall, Music Room and the Morning Room, and can offer simple refreshments. We can also offer the run of the whole house under special circumstances. Get in touch to explore the possibilities for what you have in mind.

Once the restoration project is complete, we’ll be able to offer newly restored rooms, a dedicated kitchen, overnight accommodation and dining. We’ll also be organising events in the garden, particularly those with local community interest.
